We have specialized the Design/ making of Vibrating Screens for Salt Industries. The detailed study of Salt-Granulometry has made us understand the behavior of dry salt when the particle size variation is quite wide. Our experience has helped us in designing the best anti-blinding systems to prevent the choking of fine screen by salt-dust. Our screen units are most efficient, highly sturdy and have minimum maintenance problems. In order to match the requirement we make our own vibratory motors for our screen units. These motors take full care of Salt loads and offer longer life to the unit. The unit is mirror finished to minimize the corrosion and hence ensure better life of the unit. We offer the screen in single deck, double deck and more decks as per customer needs. We have exported these screens to many countries and our clients found the quality matching US/Europe-made screens.
